The low water activity of the URC® fruit pieces and flakes makes them ideal for breakfast cereal, ensuring the fruit pieces remain soft, even in very low moisture cereals.

Further more, URC® pieces and flakes contain no Sulphur Dioxide (SO2).

URC® Pastes:
URC® filling pastes can be specified with a very low water activity which, combined with their soft texture and real fruit, make them ideal fillings for co-extruded cereals.
