BRC – Level A Accreditation for Taura Natural Ingredients (Europe)
Taura Natural Ingredients are pleased to announce their recent achievement in gaining British Retail Consortium (BRC) Level A accreditation for the production of URCâ pieces, flakes and pastes in their URC® production facility in Belgium.
BRC accreditation is a requirement of large food distribution chains in the United Kingdom and now a widely accepted standard throughout Europe. BRC accreditation involves an extensive audit on supplier’s food safety and quality systems, including inspection standards, covering both internal and external practices.
Taura Natural Ingredients was assessed by an independent auditor in December 2007 and was awarded with the BRC - Level A accreditation at the end of February 2008.
