URC® Pastes:
To suit your end application, URC® fruit pastes are available in three formats:

Sheeting

The non-sticky texture of URC® sheeting paste enables the manufacturer to layer the fruit paste to form a visible fruit layer with the added benefit of a real fruit claim.



Blending

URC® ‘fruit only’ blending pastes are a great way to add a portion of fruit to your products and can be used as natural sugar replacer. Suitable applications include all fruit bars and confectionery.


Filling

URC® filling pastes are bake-stable with ultra low water activity which eliminates moisture transfer in finished products. Ideal as a fruit fill for nutritious and healthy baked bar applications.
